1. Is 24/7 support available?
HexaSync guarantees 99.9% system uptime. Response time is under 2 hours during daily hours
2. How long will the project take?
ERP integration usually takes about 30 days, while POS and eCommerce integration can take around 15 days.
For systems like Zalo OA and Freshchat, it only takes about 7 days. However, the exact timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
3. If Beehexa establishes the connection, how is data security and maintenance ensured?
HexaSync is a SaaS software deployed on Azure infrastructure. It follows security practices comparable to other SaaS software, ensuring user data safety and protection.
4. If Beehexa stops operating, what is the contingency plan?
If Beehexa stops providing the service, we are committed to giving customers at least 6 months’ notice so they can prepare. Beehexa’s discontinuation would mean HexaSync services would also cease, and customers would need to find another provider.
5. When there are technical issues (connection loss, incorrect sync, software updates), how long will it take to resolve and ensure operations for customers?
Customers rely entirely on HexaSync to monitor their connection. We commit to responding and addressing system errors within a maximum of two hours, ensuring that the response meets customer requirements swiftly and professionally
6. Can Beehexa optimize reports, analyze data (sales, customers, etc.), and customize reports according to purpose?
Beehexa previously provided this service as an independent offering, but it is currently on hold.
7. Do integration solutions affect existing systems?
No. HexaSync operates independently, connecting and linking APIs between systems.
8. What is the role of the customer?
The customer only needs to specify integration requirements, provide the API, and conduct integration testing.
9. Which communication channel does Beehexa use with customers during project implementation?
Communication with customers is typically conducted via Trello. We add customer team members to the board for discussion and collaboration.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of choosing Beehexa’s service? | “Advantages of choosing Beehexa’s service:
– 7 years of experience in Integration Beehexa has developed its own platform that allows customization according to specific customer requirements, which differs from a one-time point-to-point implementation.
– In case of errors, Beehexa provides root cause analysis and estimated time to fix, minimizing operational downtime. (3-5 days)
10. Is it necessary to have resources from both systems interacting for project implementation, or is an access token sufficient?
Only an access token is needed.
Are there any banking or payment cases? | Currently, no. We are in contact with domestic banks but haven’t received feedback yet. We hope for positive outcomes from ongoing negotiations with partners.
11. Can Beehexa retrieve all fields from system 1 to system 2?
es, it can retrieve all fields as long as the destination system has space to store that attribute information (even extra fields can be fetched).
12. Who is responsible for system upgrades and changes on both systems?
Beehexa provides full technical support for all system-related issues.
13. Beehexa’s advantage in implementation over Netsuite
Advantages: The ability to implement quickly because both connections are already available with HexaSync In-depth understanding of multiple systems.
14. Can Beehexa integrate bidirectionally?
Yes, Beehexa will design two-way synchronization independently, pulling data from one system to another and vice versa.
15. During project implementation, if the customer makes additional integration requests, will Beehexa charge extra fees?
The quoted price is fixed and includes 20 tasks. Beehexa will not charge extra unless the requests involve complex requirements like promotions.
16. In terms of integration implementation, will Beehexa handle it, or will Beehexa’s admin support customers to self-implement and customize flows?
Technically, Beehexa will handle 100%, and customers cannot self-implement. Customers only need to provide requirements, and Beehexa will take care of all technical aspects.
17. If minor flow adjustments arise during operations, how will Beehexa charge for these?
Beehexa does not charge for minor adjustments. If configuration tasks exceed 8 hours, additional charges may apply. Beehexa also charges a subscription fee for ongoing support, so additional charges for minor issues are rare.
18. Will data from sources be temporarily stored on the HexaSync platform for continued operations?
Data will be stored on HexaSync for transformation. However, whether it can be reused depends on the customer’s task. For instance, if a customer syncs Sapo with Larksuite and later wants to sync with a CRM, there will be two independent profiles running but still maintaining system stability.
19. When using HexaSync, does the customer need to click a button to sync data, or does the system operate automatically?
HexaSync will sync automatically in near real-time. There is a Scheduler mode for customers to adjust the sync time for each task. For businesses facing issues with order confirmation (to avoid order cancellations), they can set it to around 6 hours to address this problem
20. Can customers select specific fields to sync? For example, if KiotViet lists products, and Marketing manages products on Shopify, will changes (name, etc.) made on Shopify sync back to KiotViet?
Yes, HexaSync can set up product sync tasks in reverse from Shopify to KiotViet. → However, customers must choose one system as the master data system for creating, modifying, and managing (e.g., choosing KiotViet as the master data system to manage stock and product information)
21. Will HexaSync sync immediately once data is available? For example, if a customer places an order on the website, the inventory will decrease by one—will it connect directly?
HexaSync does not impact cart processes. Once an order is created, a webhook will trigger, and changes will be captured and updated in the destination system via HexaSync. HexaSync doesn’t intervene in cart-related tasks without customer commitment.
22. If certain systems, especially eCommerce platforms, update their API versions continuously, how does HexaSync handle this?
HexaSync has connector versioning to handle different API versions. HexaSync will upgrade templates to suit the API version when the old signature no longer works
23. How many requests per second can HexaSync handle? Can it scale with additional servers?
In theory, the BASIC version of HexaSync can handle less than 10 requests/s. HexaSync is scalable, but it depends on the load capacity of the two endpoint systems. For instance, Shopify limits to 2 requests/s
24. If HexaSync temporarily goes down and connectors are inactive, how is dropped data handled when connectors are reactivated?
Data is not dropped unless there is incorrect data. In case of data inconsistency, correcting the source data allows HexaSync to handle the rest.
– If the source system fails, when it comes back online, HexaSync will resume.
– If misconfiguration leads to incorrect integration, reconfiguring HexaSync correctly will fix the data.
– If HexaSync cannot intervene (or if it’s not part of the agreement), data needs to be manually updated in the destination (e.g., sales orders sync once after completion and are not updated again even if there are changes in the source).
– If the error is due to the source system, HexaSync can retrieve historical data (only for data it manages).
However, with the basic package, historical data is stored for a maximum of 4 weeks.
