1. Can HexaSync synchronize image messages?
Sure, however, HexaSync recommends against doing this for the following reasons:
– Sending links instead of images is not an error but a proactive measure by the HexaSync team to mitigate various issues related to file conversion.
– Chat and CRM systems often impose restrictions on different file formats and sizes. Therefore, file conversion may succeed or fail depending on the case. Using links ensures that the message recipient can reliably receive the file.
– Nevertheless, we can still accommodate the request but may apply a higher fee to reflect the additional cost
2. Employees’ personal accounts within the company have been registered using company information for authentication. Now, if we want to synchronize all the messages from these individual employee accounts (which have been used to interact with customers) to the corporate account, is it possible?
It’s possible to synchronize future messages from employees’ personal accounts within the company to the business account. However, synchronizing old messages may not be feasible
3. Can HexaSync synchronize image messages?
Currently, this feature is not supported.
4. When operating within the CRM system, it synchronizes with Zalo OA. So, when performing actions within Zalo OA, will it synchronize back to the CRM system as usual?
Synchronization still occurs. However, it’s advisable not to perform actions within Zalo OA but rather to consider it as a receiving platform for messages.
5. Can HexaSync synchronize survey forms to Zalo?
Zalo does not have an API supporting the survey feature. If you wish to conduct user experience surveys, Beehexa proposes alternative methods:
– We can create a form and automatically send a survey link to customers each time an Igloo employee presses the ‘Mark Solve Conversation’ button (ending the conversation).
OR
– Beehexa can configure an additional command, for example, ‘/survey’, so that each time an Igloo employee at FC presses this command, we will automatically send the survey link to the customer on Zalo.
6. Is it possible to store synchronized files for longer than 7 days?
HexaSync can accomplish this, but the client will incur additional infrastructure fees for data storage space.
For instance, when Igloo receives a file, the system will immediately store that information in a separate storage location other than Zalo Cloud. Therefore, even if the 7-day expiration period elapses, when Igloo clicks on the link, we will retrieve the file.
Special Note: This may affect real-time message synchronization.
7. If the customer doesn’t mark it as ‘interested’ but still sends messages via Zalo OA, will those messages be synchronized to Freshchat in real-time?
The answer is Yes.
Messages will be synchronized in real-time even if the customer has not followed the OA as long as the user initiates the conversation with Zalo OA for the first time using their phone.
Furthermore, after this initial interaction, it doesn’t matter what device they use to send messages, as they will all be synchronized normally.
8. Can the reports generated from surveys on ZNS be pushed to the CRM?
Beehexa has not implemented this feature yet. However, if there is an API available, Beehexa will be able to provide support. Additionally, there should be a place in the ME to receive reports for pushing them into.
Another option is to transfer the data to PowerBI or other reporting tools for reporting purposes.
