1. Is the fee a one-time payment?
Integration: There are two types of fees:
– Deployment fee (one-time payment)
– Subscription fee (annual payment) to maintain and support the integration
Migration (no maintenance): Only requires a one-time deployment fee.
2. Are there additional costs if sync requirements increase?
HexaSync will not charge for minor additional tasks. Fees will only be applied if the time required exceeds 8 hours.
However, for advanced tasks such as complex promotions, loyalty, or gift cards, an additional fee will be applied.
3. Does the deployment fee cover all sync tasks?
Yes
4. Can different connectors be organized into one profile?
If there are 3 marketplaces to connect, it will require 3 instances equivalent to 3 profiles.
5. What is the cost if additional profiles are needed?
Additional costs for each new profile, including deployment and subscription fees.
6. Does the quoted price limit the entities?
No additional charges. The quoted price is all-inclusive
7. Is a trial available?
Currently, HexaSync does not offer a trial. HexaSync is built as a middleware SaaS platform rather than a one-click installable app plugin. The advantage is that it allows for deep customization for each sync profile. As HexaSync expands, a demo account is required for each system, which increases operating costs
